Meet Cammi

Cammi is a beautiful calico kitten with very unusual markings. She has one black stripe on the left of her nose and face and a brown stripe on the right. She blends in so much with furniture and carpeting that you have to be careful when you walk so you don't trip over her. She was named "Cammi" because of her camouflage. Thus, her nickname is "Cammi Flage".

She is a quiet kitten and follows you around the house looking up at you with beautiful, big, piercing eyes. She is very friendly and likes to play with her toys. She gets along well with other cats. She uses the litter box and sharpens her claws on the scratching posts or Turbo scratcher.

Cammi and her brother, Tinker, were rescued from a high-kill shelter a short while before they were to be euthanized. After one week, she stopped eating and drinking and lost a considerable amount of weight. The vet said she had multiple infections throughout her body and would not have lasted much longer if she hadn't been hospitalized. After a couple of days of intravenous feeding and a week of antibiotics, she started to improve. She is now gaining weight and playing with the other cats.

Cammi must be adopted with Tinker as they have bonded and she is lost without him. His photo is on this website. Kittens under six months old must be adopted in pairs because they are so playful. This eliminates them from becoming destructive.
