Hello -
We’re not much good at typing, so our foster mom is typing this with
a little help from us.
We lived with our current foster home for a little over a year. Our
foster parents and siblings don’t mind but they know that we would like
to be in our forever home. Although we aren’t blood brothers, we
are bonded, so we need to go together. We like to play together,
clean each other and sleep together. We sure play rough, so not many
of our sibling fosters can keep up. We speed through the house, leap
and roll. We have so much fun together. If you could come to our
house, you would see why we can’t be separated.
As for human companionship, we were a little slow to come around. Something
happened to us before we came to our foster home so sometimes we are a
little shy. My foster mom says we aren’t “insta-cats”, but once
we settle in, we will provide unconditional love. Hold on...our
foster mom wants to say a few things. Hope to see you at the next
adoption show!
Hi, a few words from Mom! Leo and Malcolm have been a wonderful
addition to our family. Leo enjoys meowing and has a prideful lion
like walk. He is so funny. Don’t tell him, but he is such a coward. Sometimes
he has jumped 3 feet in the air if something scares him and then
investigates what scared him. His favorite toy is the Turbo Scratcher. He
will jump, roll and chase the ball for hours. He loves to talk to you
and will tell you all about what he did for the day (usually between 8 and
9 pm). He will cuddle up with you but just like Malcolm, it has to be
on his terms. He is a big boy and loves a good cuddle but it takes
time.
One word describes Malcolm; “Regal”. He will puff up his chest
and look at you like you are a servant who needs to groom him, but he is
cuddlier than Leo. He will fall next to you and expect a full rub
down. Malcolm’s favorite toy is the laser pointer; he prefers
laying on the Turbo Scratcher rather than playing with it. Malcolm
will cry if his brother isn’t close. He can sense it and knows when
he isn’t there. Malcolm is very soft and maintains his coat very
well. Come by and see the boys. They don’t show as well as
they do when at home. A little catnip on the floor and the true
colors will show. Hope to see you soon!
