And now Erie will tell you her story--
Hi, my name is Erie. My foster family calls me Erie the Erie-sistable! Here is
my story...
I was born to a stray cat in June 2008, and I was alone for a long time until an
Almost Home volunteer rescued me and my three brothers. I never knew people
before that so I was very afraid of everyone at first. They say that my brothers
and I were feral. My foster family & all the AHF volunteers have been very
loving and patient with me and I have come a long way since my rescue!
I love other cats, so my forever home needs to have at least one other cat who
can be my friend (preferably a male cat). I love to eat and am not picky at all.
I am very quiet, my meow is adorable, and I love hanging out by the windows. I
am also very clean, well-behaved, and good about my claws. I am always on my
best behavior.
I am afraid of new people, so I will probably hide at first when I get to my
forever home. Loud noises, sudden movements, and being picked up scare me
because I am so jumpy, but that's only because I had to fend for myself way back
when I was a tiny stray kitten. Please be patient with me because I am such a
sweetheart once I come out of my shell! I love being petted and snuggling, and
soon I will be the one coming to you for attention. I really am hard to resist!
I am over a year old, so I am full-grown and I am still very tiny! Don't worry,
I am perfectly healthy. My smallness comes from being born a stray with a poor
diet. Lucky for me, I get all the food I need now. But I will probably always be
a very petite kitty.
I am just a sweet munchkin girl who is looking for her forever home...Could it
be with you? If you think so, please email my foster family at katylynne@prodigy.net.
I can't wait to hear from you!
