Licorice is the family troublemaker. He
was the first to roam out of the nesting box, and the first to hiss at the
approach of strangers. In general, he is the first to check out anything
that needs investigating or to stick his nose or paw where it does not belong.
He likes to sleep upside down!?! He is affectionate, but fun is his
priority and curiosity gets the best of him in any given situation. He is
certainly not short on confidence. When Licorice was only 6 weeks old he
was facing off with the house matriarch’s rather imposing size and attitude,
(our 4 year old cranky cat,) and he gives Mandarin a run for his money when it
comes to who rules the troops!
