Hi, my name is Marbles. For the first two
years of my life, I lived with a wonderful owner who loved me very much. When
she lost her house due to the bad economy, I had to live in a car for awhile.
Now I am in a foster home through Almost Home Foundation. My foster family is
nice to me but I still miss my old home...so I feel shy and a little scared. But
we've had some wonderful cuddle sessions at my foster home, and I know there's
another great family out there waiting for me.
There's a terrific personality beneath my shyness. I am calm, quiet, and
incredibly well-behaved. I am also sweet, loving, and sooo affectionate! I just
love being petted, and will often roll around happily when people pet me. Chin
rubs are great, too. I like to reach out and gently touch people's faces, and
sometimes I will put my paw on top of people's hands. This is how I say "I
love you."
I'm pretty unique-looking. My fur is short with gray and white markings. My
front paws are pretty cool, because I have seven toes instead of the usual four.
This makes me a polydactyl/Hemmingway cat. My paws are white so it looks like
I'm always wearing mittens!
I am being fostered with other cats and we get along just great. I previously
lived with a dog and we also got along well. I am 2 years old, microchipped,
neutered, litterbox trained, and have all of my vaccinations. If you're looking
