Sookie wants to be friends with everyone, including you! She is very friendly and social, and she loves other cats and is almost always in the mood to play. However, affection is her specialty. She rubs against everything and is incredibly loving. She also has a very happy-go-lucky nature, and her purr motor is constantly on. Friendly, social, playful, affectionate, and perpetually happy...basically, Sookie is an all-around wonderful cat!

Sookie's life got off to a rough start. She was born in the scary outdoors with her four siblings (Gandalf, Sirious Black, Navaar, and Isabeau). Luckily, a very kind person rescued all 5 of the kittens and they are now safe in foster homes through Almost Home Foundation. Sookie was very shy and afraid of people when she was rescued, but as the personality described above shows, she has come a very long way!

Sookie is litterbox trained and her vaccinations and spaying surgery are included in her adoption fee. You can meet Sookie at our adoption show at the Petsmart on Gary Avenue in Bloomingdale on most Saturdays from 11-3, or you can contact her foster family at katylynne@prodigy.net.
