Meet Betsy

Betsy was born on March 23, 2010, and was rescued from a high-kill shelter with her brothers, Ricky and Titan.  She is a beautiful kitten with silver and black markings in a mixture of stripes and spots which resemble a Bengal.  The older she gets, the more unusual her markings become.  She is as cute as a button!  She is very friendly and loves to lie on her back with her legs in the air, laughing, while she gets her tummy tickled.  She likes attention and climbs up your body until she reaches your face so she can rub herself against your cheek and kiss you.  She loves to be held, kissed and cuddled.  She likes to play with her brothers while she screams with joy when they attack her.  She sharpens her claws on her turbo scratcher or scratching posts.

The most suitable forever home for Betsy would probably be any family, but especially one that has children and other cats.  She hasn’t been exposed to dogs, but would probably adjust to them, if they were friendly.

Kittens have to be adopted in pairs so they are less destructive in the house because they have each other to play with.  It is preferable that Betsy be adopted with one of her brothers as she has bonded with them, but this is not mandatory.
