Jackpot goes by Jack most of the time. He got his name because taking him home is like winning the jackpot! He was found as a stray right after Christmas 2009 and was taken to a high-kill shelter. Almost Home rescued him soon after that. An extremely well-adjusted kitty, he fit in at his foster home right away.

Jack is well-behaved and confident, sweet and playful, and very happy-go-lucky about things. He is usually quiet, and makes little happy meows as he goes about his day. He is super easygoing and is in a constant good mood. He is almost always purring up a storm, just loves being petted, and rolls over for belly rubs all the time. He is also curious about everything, and nothing seems to faze him.

Jack is super friendly with other cats. He sees every cat as a potential friend and is the first to engage others in play. He loves wrestling and chasing other cats around. When he's in the mood to play, he has a lot of energy. Jack would NOT be happy as an only cat, so he needs to have a feline friend in his forever home. If you're looking for a companion for your current cat, Jack would be a great choice.

Jack doesn't just love other cats--he loves people, too! He always wants to be where the people are. He loves receiving attention and will often beg for more. He follows his foster family all over the house, leaps down the stairs with people, and flies onto the bed if someone is on it. Jack always wants attention, never tires of it, so he would thrive with a big family.

Jack is 3 years old, litterbox trained, microchipped, neutered, and has all of his vaccinations. He would be fine with children and with dogs, and he needs to have another cat in his forever home.
