Meet Peter Pan

It’s hard to find the words to describe this amazing cat. Simply put, Peter Pan is an old, wise soul with a heart of gold. This kitty wouldn’t hurt a fly. He is so caring and loyal; a total sweetheart. When his foster brother Mack was sick, he watched over him at night. When the kittens in his foster home needed extra love, he nurtured them all day long as if he was their mother. What makes Peter Pan so special is that he has an uncanny ability to tell when others need some TLC--and he’ll be the first to give it.

Peter Pan was rescued from a high-kill shelter in April 2010. He is shy at first, and is always very cautious as he explores, but it doesn’t take long for him to warm up to new people. He likes people and other cats, and is great company for humans and other felines alike. He likes laps and loves cat beds. He is usually very calm and quiet, but also has a playful side and is terrific at entertaining himself with cat toys. He’s very well-behaved, too! Peter Pan is just incredible.

Peter Pan was born in April 2009 and is neutered, litterbox trained, microchipped and has all of his vaccinations. He would do well in almost any home. He is very gentle and has never raised a paw at anyone, so he should be good with children. We’d like to see him go to a home that has other cats because he is so wonderful with them.
