Meow! My name is Vera. I am the proud mother of 5 adorable ‘designer’ kittens (Dolce, Gabbana, Prada, Chanel and Louie V). My foster mom says that since I have been taking such great care of my kittens, it is now time that someone takes care of me. I don’t remember much of my life before Almost Home Foundation rescued me but my foster family thinks it may not have been that nice. You see, I am still a little shy and need patience with my trust issues. So far, I have found that being in a home is a wonderful – clean litter boxes, warm places to sleep and lots of food! I even started purring when my foster family picks me up and gives me kisses! I was so skinny when I was first rescued but with lots of love (and food!), I have regained my beautiful figure. A nice soothing bath cured my fur of the grime and made me all fluffy again (and I really did not mind the bath that much! I just did not like when the water splashed my face…). Since I prefer to look presentable, you can always cut my nails for me without any issues!

I have met some dogs and I am not really crazy about them – unless they are not yappy and won’t chase me. Since I have been very protective over my kittens, I am not sure if I really like other cats either. However, I am willing to take a chance and find out if I can live with your cat or dog!

While I adore living with my foster family, I really want to find my forever home so I can give all my love to a family and don’t have to move again. Won’t you please be my forever family?
