Hi! We are Fluffers and Angel. We have been with Almost Home Foundation since
July 2006. Our foster home is GREAT! However, we would really like our own
permanent home. January 2007 we were adopted by a wonderful family, we loved
them and the little boy who would let us play with his match box cars and his
shoe strings. Things were going fabulous. Weeks went by and we found our
favorite spots in the windows every morning to watch birds and squirrels as
our new Mom drank her morning coffee. WOW, a cats dream life. However, a month
went by and our little boy got really sick, went to the hospital and
everything. We both slept by him to make sure he was okay. The sad thing was,
it was us who made him ill. The little boy was allergic to us. So on a cold
February night we were returned to our foster Mom and Dad.
For weeks we were depressed. What happened, why did this happen? We loved
that family and our little boy.
As weeks went by we realized we were on the hunt for a new permanent home.
That was 7 months ago. We are so easy to get along with, we love kids, we live
with a Siberian, yes I know WOW a Siberian, amazing! Other cats and kittens
are in the foster home with us. All is good, but we are in a foster home. We
want our own home. Do you have a permanent home for both of us?
We play hide and go seek, I, Angel (the Tabby) sleep under the comforter,
Fluffers (the Black Long Hair)sleeps on top the comforter. Right now we are
both watching our Foster mom type on her computer, we stay by her all the
time. We come when you calls us, we love to take naps on our foster dads
shirt, it has is smell on him and he makes us feel at home and safe.
Do you have a lazer pointer? If so, AWESOME, Fluffers and I love
them!!!
Do you like to watch TV or movies? Sweet, so do we. we will come sit right
on you if you let us. We always have to know where you are.
Believe it or not we are shy but the love we give makes it so worth having
us.
Do you or someone you know have a spot to add us to your family?
Thank you for reading our story. Angel and Fluffers
