Oscar...what a guy!  Mr. Personality is full of energy, full of curiosity, full of love.  He has very unusual coloring - although he's black, he has a lot of white as well, and it really looks unique!  He's a tough little guy, he can hold his own with any other cats, no matter what their size, even plays with his 70-lb foster dog! 

Oscar is not the least bit shy, has no fears, and is very friendly to everyone.  He loves to play, loves to be babied, just loves to be loved!  If you want fun and friendly, he's your man!
