Hi, my name is Goliath. I used to live down south, together
with my brother Hershey. We had a great old time rough housing
and wrestling with each other until our owner decided he didn't
want us any more. We ended up in the kill shelter, but thank
goodness that didn't mean the end for us, we got rescued and
joined the Almost Home family.
My brother already found his forever home, now I am waiting
for someone to pick me as their special dog and make me theirs.
I am about 6 months old , but I still have some of my baby
teeth. Like all older puppies there is one thing I like best:
playing with other dogs. Here at my foster family I have two
females to play with, but I have met boy dogs at the park
and I am fine with them, too. There are also some cats here,
and as long as the cats are brave and put up with my curiosity
I am fine. But once they start running away, there is no stopping
me. I love all people, but I have to be honest and admit that
I am probably too energetic for young children. I would do
best with older children that I can not accidentally hurt.
Did I mention how much I love to go on walks? You can even
let me go off leash and I come right back when you call me.
Like other dogs my age, I will need lots more training, but
I have potential and want to please you. I think you should
adopt me, because unlike a baby puppy I am already housebroken
and not as fragile, but still young enough to not be set in
my ways.
Come meet me at the next adoption show! I am looking forward
to it.
