People all around getting ready for the holidays
with laughter and revelry as a soft, sweet soul is faced with
the worst fate. Poor Sophi was living her last day at a Kill
Shelter - lost and alone - when Almost Home rescued her and
brought her new joy. Who knows how she ended up so scared
and forsaken? The only thing remaining from her former life
was a piece of leash she was sadly carrying. How could anyone
not want such a wonderful, loving young girl? How could they
not take the time to look for her?
Whatever the reasons, Sophi doesn't have to look back - the
past is just that. She is now very comfortable with her new
foster family, enjoying the love and attention she so craves.
And, she gets to romp and play all she wants with her foster
doggy pals, too.
Sophi is an amazing girl. Crate and housetrained, she is
full of soft nuzzles and kisses. She's perfectly content to
sit in front of a warm fire with her foster family, or to
run and frolic in the snow like a silly pup. As long as she's
with people, Sophi seems happy.
Won't you help Sophi really welcome in 2008 by giving her
the forever home she so desperately wants and deserves? Come
visit her at the next adoption show. Could you be the family
fortunate enough to have her as your forever, faithful friend?
