Tonya was abandoned on a rainy day and ran into a business for shelter, where everybody fell in love with her. Unfortunately, she couldn't stay there, so they called the police who brought her to the pound. Thank goodness to Almost Home Foundation who took this sweet girl in because she deserves a second chance in finding her forever home.

Tonya is a friendly girl who gets along with other dogs and is great with kids. She is very affectionate and must think of herself as a lapdog because she likes to crawl onto laps, despite weighing 45 pounds. She is also submissive and will roll onto her back when you start petting her.

Her other favorite thing to do is giving kisses. What a sweet dog!

Tonya is currently in a kennel and only waiting for someone to give her the chance to prove what a good pet she makes. Please come to one of our adoption shows or contact Almost Home to be her foster parent.
