Have you ever heard of a puppymill? Imagine
a place where dogs spend their entire lives in crates, sometimes
two or three stacked high. They are standing on wire which
makes their feet hurt. Day in and day out they are living
in their own filth, drinking dirty water and eating bad food.
Puppymill dogs are not pets, they are treated as livestock.
There is no human interaction, no petting or playtime. These
dogs are used as breeding machines by their so-called breeders,
forced to produce litter after litter until they are too old
to be useful and get discarded.
I am one of the lucky survivors and got rescued
by Almost Home Foundation. Life as I have known it is finally
over. Now I am receiving vet care, grooming, quality food,
a soft bed, time outside, and finally the most important thing
that I have been craving my entire life: love and attention.
All I need now is a forever home. Will it be yours? Please
open your heart and make a difference in a dogs life-
mine. Meet me at the next adoption event and take me home.
You will see how rewarding it is to see me blossom and turn
into the wonderful pet dog I was meant to be all along.
