Adette and her sister Alyce had a rough start in life. They were found abandoned before Christmas in below zero temperatures. Adette was bald from mange and covered with sores. With love and care she has recovered and has a beautiful brindle coat. Her personality is coming through. She is a lover and ready to give kisses. She still has a close relationship with her sister who cared for her. Adette loves to run in the yard, play with her sister, wrestle and chew nylabones. She currently lives with 4 other dogs and gets along with them all, but needs a litle time to get used to new dogs she meets. She is very loyal, likes to be petted and needs an owner to give her lots of love.

AHF puppy hints  The best home for such a young puppy will be one where someone is home all day to ensure the puppy is socialized and housebroken. Leaving young puppies alone for long periods during the day can cause severe social and dysfunctional problems. The puppies need to be adopted locally because the shelter will do a home check prior to the adoption and the puppies' vet care will be handled out of Schaumburg, IL.
