Are you looking for the sweetest and cutest dog on Earth? Well if you are, you've found her. My name is Anastasia and my fosters think I'm an Australian Shepherd/Retriever mix. I'm medium sized, about 45 pounds. I'm almost a year old, house trained, and sleep in my foster mom's bed at night. I was adopted through Almost Home in August 2008, when I was 8 weeks old by a nice family. Sadly, they lost their house and could no longer care for me. I have been in my foster home for a little bit now and I've settled in perfectly. There is another dog here and a cat. I'm fine with both and love to play with the dog. I mostly ignore the cat, but if I get too close my foster just calls me over and I listen. I'm definitely a very good listener. I'm also very sweet and affectionate, I just love to be around people. When you leave the room I like to follow you. I don't have any aggression either, perfectly sharing my toys and treats. I'm still working on my jumping and pulling, but I'm getting better every day. I'd be fine in a home with children, as long as they can withstand my occasional jumps. I don't even mind them pulling on my tail or ears. I really enjoy my walks and do a lot better after I've had my exercise, so a house where I'd get some activity would be good. A fenced in yard would be nice too, but it's okay if it's not. I also love to fetch and play with my toys. I haven't chewed on any furniture in my new foster home either. I'm simply the perfect pup, what more could you ask for?
