My name is Buford, and I need to find my forever home! I just turned 1 year old, and I
want to be your companion! I love to curl into a cute little ball and take long naps in
the corner after I play in the backyard with my foster's lab. I haven't met another dog
with whom I don't sniff and play! I would probably be best in a home with another dog,
but any home that will show me plenty of attention is the place for me! I am very docile
and still a little timid, and I love little kids! I haven't been tested with kitties
yet, but I think I may like them, too! I am very smart and quick with my potty-training.
I have only marked my foster home once, and I learned how to use the doggy door to the
backyard in 2 days! I let myself in and out when I need to go, and I cannot jump our 3
foot fence. Before I learned the doggy door, my foster mom took me out every 4 hours,
which worked fine, too. I sleep 8 hours on the floor with my lab friend at night and do
not need a crate. Time for me to go now; I hear mom calling me for some food to put some
weight on me! Come see me, and I will show you my delicate nose kisses!
