Hi! My name is Clara. Dad calls me Claire for short and I like it. I like alot about my dad and his pack; Piper, Jenna, Little One, and Tortu' the cat. I bonded with him right away at the off leash dog park. I'm a beautiful, sweet, female yellow lab with some shepherd highlight to my coat. I have pretty golden eyes, a nice short coat (less shedding) and a bushy curly tail. Tonight at the dog park numerous people commented on how sweet and calm I was. Raw hide chews are one of my favorites and my one vice is that I like to counter-surf. That loaf of bread two days in a row was a tasteless waste of time. It took dad a few days to catch on but I taught him the right thing to do.

I like to ride in the car; lie on the couch with dad; and go to the dog park. Dad has helped me add on a little weight with Royal Canin German Shepherd food and my ribs don't show anymore. I recently finished being in season and dad is going to get me spayed soon. My left front leg isn't normal. I've blocked it from my mind...maybe I was hit by a car. I run very well and sometimes hop a little bit. Dad says because of my color and size, I look like a young deer running. I love children even toddlers and am very gentle with them.
