Hey there! My name is Louie and I'm so glad to meet you! My foster parents say I'm one of the happiest dogs they've ever met. I like grown ups, kids and other dogs, too. I'm a 50 pound hound/beagle mix and a little over a year old. My foster parents say I'm a star student at learning my basic commands like sit, shake, down and wait. Plus, I'm already housebroken.
