Somehow he must have lost his original family and could not find them because he is definitely a family dog.

He is the happiest dog who has no fears or worries. He is very quiet except he howls at police or firetruck sirens. He also whines when bored or needs to go outside. He may be a 10 year old dog but he has the personality of a 4 year old. Very energetic: Loves walks and playing with squeaky toys. Very social: Loves people (especially kids) and other dogs. Haven't seen him with cats but thinks he would be fine. He has lost over 10 lbs and still losing. He has allergies or some kind of skin condition which he is being treated for currently.
He's totally potty trained. He walks well on leash. He LOVES car rides. No food aggression except sometimes a little possessive of bones.
