In the heat of summer my former owner dumped me and my three puppies- two boys and a girl- and we ended up in a kill shelter. Almost Home took us out of there and saved our lives. We went into a foster home and when my little ones were old enough they got adopted. I am the only one left and still waiting for my forever home.
I don't know why, but whenever I go to an adoption show I get overlooked. I thought people liked dogs with wrinkly faces? Do I not have enough of them? Should I be smaller? I wished I knew the reason why I can't seem to attract people. Nobody even takes the time to get to know me. That's too bad because I am the perfect family dog. I am still young and they think I am some kind of a Bulldog mix, but without the health problems that some purebreds have. I am great with every member of my foster family, especially the kids and I am also good with other dogs, cats, rabbits and even birds. No need to worry about my housebreaking: I know to only go outside and I don't need to be crated. When you take me on a walk I do pretty well and with some more training I will be walking next to you like a pro.
