Very sad story on this little
girl who was adopted and returned after two years because her
owner couldn't keep her in the yard. A little training goes
a long way! Penelope is sweet and so sad in the kennel; she
misses her home and dog sister. Now she feels like she is in
jail; she is losing weight from not eating and just sits there,
moping at the kennel. She really needs a true FOREVER home who
will keep her and not send her back- how depressing... Please
pass this information to anyone you know, or better yet, come
to foster or adopt her.
