My wonderful foster parent wrote this story about me.
Hi, my name is Puff and I came from Boone County in Southern
Illinois. I am about 1 yr old. I traveled here with my sister
and both of us were so scared. I went home with my foster
Mom and her 2 dogs and didnt realize she was trying
to help me. I escaped from the backyard and stayed in the
neighborhood for 3 days. I knew I belonged there but I was
just too scared to let anyone come close to me. One morning
I saw my sister and foster Mom at her house and decided to
take a chance and come over. Finally, I was safe (again!).
I am very submissive but Im getting to trust people
and show improvements every day. I love my foster sisters
and follow them around everywhere. We go for walks and like
to play together. My foster Mom & Dad say I am such a
sweetheart who now loves to be petted. I have never shown
signs of aggression at all. Once I know I am safe, I will
follow you everywhere. I am potty trained and can be trusted
at night out of the crate. I love sleeping anywhere it is
soft. I would love a home with another sister or brother to
play with. P.S. if you see me at the adoption show, I may
not show my true personality. All of the people and action
makes me shy. Once I get into familiar surroundings I am much
more confident. If youd like to meet me anytime, just
give my foster Mom a call. Wont you give me a chance
and show me what it is like to be in a permanent, loving home?
