Troy is a sweet boy who weighs only about 35 pounds. He looks like a puppy but is all grown up. He was found as stray in Elgin and never got claimed. He is a funny little dog who loves all dogs. He also likes to play with toys and listens very well. Troy needs to learn some manners and with some training he will be fine. He likes to get a little mouthy but when you correct him he stops right away. Once you meet him you will fall in love with him. He won't take up much room at your house. All he needs is some TLC and training and you'll have your best friend forever.
