My sweet Adeline! I am not sure why I ended up here at AHF? My foster mom has only had me for a short time but can tell that I am a very special little girl. I am crate trained, happily go in with a nice blankie and treat, don’t bark or howl at all (unlike some other beagles I’ve known) and think it’s gross to potty in my own little haven, love to go potty outside, but did have some accidents inside because I was so excited, well on the way to being housebroken. I make little whiny noises when I first get in my crate, but quickly relax and curl up for a nice nap or just to watch the action going on in the house. I can sleep all night long without waking you up, not that I need any beauty sleep…

I am a very sweet, petite (only 18#) “mini” beagle girl. I love playing with ANY other doggies, big, small, young, old and don’t pester them because I can tell pretty fast who is the boss! I would also be happy to be your 1 and only love bug. Cats are cool, I am very interested but do not chase them as I’ve heard stories they may not like that, weird?!

Men, women, children, toddlers all are on my A list too! I love to cuddle and will put my pointy little nose right on your neck to take a snooze while you pet my velvety ears and plush coat. Anyone who wants to can pick me up and I don’t run away when you try to get me because I know you have something fun planned!

I still have a lot of puppy in me so I would love a family that will play with me inside and out. I promise to learn to walk on a leash if you’ll take me to an obedience class, but until then it is easy to “steer” my little body without pulling your shoulder out. Someone please come adopt me as I’m eager to get to know you and/or your pets and your family!
