Hi. My name is Anoki. I am a Beagle/Hound mix. I am about 4 months old. Almost Home rescued me from death row a few weeks ago. I am a happy puppy looking for a home to call my own. I am rather well behaved for a puppy. I am learning simple commands like down, sit, and most important...outside. I did not know these things before I came to Almost Home, but my foster mom has been working with me. I used to have "accidents" but now I know to use a puppy pad in emergencies. I haven't chewed on any furniture or shoes because my foster mom gives me a lot of rawhides to chew on. I am teething and my new teeth have started to come in. The vet said I should put on some more weight but I love to eat so that should be no problem! He also "fixed" me, and made sure that I have all the shots I need. I know I have many more things to learn but I'm sure with some time and patience I will be one of the best dogs ever. I get along with all my foster brothers and sisters (6 of them!) and I really don't know what to make of the cats. I'm curious but have not introduced myself to them because they are afraid of me. I really would love to have my own family. I hope someone will come see me and see what a good boy I really am.
