My name is Beauty and I am a blue brindle Terrier mix of about 45 pounds. Police found me as a local stray and after my holding period I went into a foster home. My foster family says I am one of the best dogs they have ever fostered (and that's over 100 dogs!). Not only am I adorable, there is more to me. Get ready to read the 12 reasons why I am such a great dog:

1. I am good with people of all ages, including children (I am not mouthy, just very sweet and gentle), I also don't jump on people, I know better.
2. I love other pets, play nicely with dogs of all sizes and like to snuggle up with them for naptime. I don't mind cats, either (I just leave them alone).
3. You can touch me anywhere on my body, cut nails, clean ears etc.- no problem
4.  You can reach right into my food bowl while I am eating or even take it away, I won't growl or snap. I will also let another dog eat right alongside me out of the same bowl.
5. You want to take away my bone, rawhide or toy? No problem, I'll give it up.
6. Not only am I housebroken, I also learned to ring the bells by the door when I have to go outside.
7. I don't care about the vacuum cleaner, it neither scares me nor do I try to attack it.
8. I am not a barker; sure, if I think there is something suspicious I will warn my family, but I don't carry on forever.
9. Going on walks excites me, and I walk nicely next to my foster mom, no pulling.
10. My foster mom can let me off leash in the park. I will not run away and come as soon as she calls me.
11. Car rides are enjoyable to me; I just curl up and go to sleep or look out the window.
12. As much as I like to play outside, I am also calm in the house and just love to snuggle up with someone on the couch; but if you want me to stay on the dogbed, that's fine, too.
