AHF Spay it Forward:
Due to overpopulation – especially with cats/kittens we are implementing effective March 1, 2013 a new program called AHF Spay it Forward which will offer Spay/Neuter Free to cats/kittens in homes. We will begin this program with our own volunteers and further extend to the public. We have vets onboard to help with this program and sponsorship opportunities of $85 to help one animal.
As this program continues to grow, we will look for corporate and individual sponsors to also include the dogs/puppies.
However, for our volunteers, we will extend a free spay to any unsprayed canine female.
To contact us on our Spay/Neuter programs, please email AHFSpayItFwd@almosthomefoundation.org
End of "Free to Good Home":
Another program on March 1, 2013 is AHF's End of Free to Good Home! Anyone seeing an ad such as this can contact AHF.
We will take the entire litter into AHF under the condition that we are allowed to spay the mother.
